Our refund and returns policy lasts for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items are non-returnable.
Replacement or refund will be granted on an item-by-item basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement. If the item can be repaired, we will send you a replacement upon receipt of the broken item.
For items that show obvious signs of use and items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds may be granted. Returns received more than 30 days after delivery may also qualify for partial refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you would prefer a replacement, we will supply a replacement as soon as possible if stock is available to accommodate the request. Of out of stock, a refund will be given.
If you haven’t received a refund, yet, please check your bank account first. If the refund is still not reflected, contact your credit card company. There may be processing time before a refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you have completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at admin@thegunpowdergirls.com so we can consult our bank to see if it’s been processed on our end.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.
To return your product, you should mail it to the address below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a shipping service that supplies a tracking number, requires a signature upon receipt or you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt in cases of loss during shipment.
